This one bedroom 35 sqm apartment is decorated in modern style and it’s equipped for a perfect holiday. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobe, AC and safe. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, hotplate, toaster, microwave, and kettle. The living room offers a 43 inch smart TV with cable channels, opening to the private balcony. The sofa turns into a bed for a third guest (at an extra fee). The rooftop swimming pool and gym are set on building C, just across the garden. High-speed wifi is provided by the building, it’s shared. Please note that it might not be suitable for working online as it could not be reliable enough. Check-in instructions will be sent 24 hours before the check in date. We offer transfers for easy arrival and departure. If this apartment is not available do not hesitate to contact us, we can offer you alternative accommodation. This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect the place and follow the building rules. Garbage must be taken to the garbage room by the elevators to avoid insects and bad odours. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you smoke in the balcony you must keep your ashes and throw them in the garbage. Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all the lights when you leave. Cleaning is not included. If cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. The cost is 600THB per time, including a change of linen and towels. Late check-in is available on request free of charge.   Monthly rate from 35 000 to 120 000 bht per month, depends on season
