The nearest beaches are Yanui Beach (25 minutes walk on a flat paved road or 5 minutes by car) and Naiharn Beach (8 minutes drive).
On the Rawai Promenade there is a large selection of restaurants, mini-marts, massage parlors, etc. The nearest BigC supermarket is 10 minutes walk, Family Mart is 5 minutes away.

Rawai VIP Villas is a unique project that houses the famous Rawai Park children’s entertainment complex, a family restaurant, a spa center, and a medical health clinic.

The cost of rent for a month of living is from 100,000 baht to 230,000 baht, depending on the season.
