• Bedroom 4 (Office 4) = 1 x Fold-Out Sofa Bed / no own bathroom - need to use the bathroom of the other bedrooms or a guest toilet
• Lounge Room = Large Comfy Sofa

For guest maximal occupancy
• 6-people all have dedicated bedrooms and ensuites (4-beds & 6-people = 2-doubles + 2-singles)
• 2-people additionally can sleep on the sofa-bed in the bedroom/office room.

Rental price per month from 280 000 to 540 000 bht depends on season.
