The entire living space of the villa is on one level - and from the parking lot, a staircase leads you to the living level. In the morning, the house is filled with sunlight, and after 16:00, the territory is immersed in a pleasant shade due to the location at the foot of the mountain.

The villa is surrounded by silence and greenery, creating a feeling of complete privacy. A spacious terrace with sun loungers and a private pool make your stay especially comfortable. All three bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and have their own bathrooms. The plot is completely fenced, there is a reliable water supply system. The space is great for families with children.

The living room is 6 by 5 meters, the kitchen with dining area is 8 by 5 meters. The main and second bedrooms are 5 by 5 meters, the third and fourth are 3 by 5 meters each.

There is another villa with 4 bedrooms nearby, which can be rented at the same time - this is convenient for large groups of up to 14 people. There is also a third villa nearby, and together we can accommodate up to 20 guests just a few minutes from the beach.
