Luxury villa with stunning sea views in Malaiwana complex on Naithon Beach. Once inside, you will find a spacious living room with a wall of sliding glass doors that lead you to the huge pool. Walk to the edge and you can enjoy a stunning 180 degree sea and sky view. To the left of the living room is the master bedroom with separate pool access, while to the right is the dining pavilion and well-equipped guest kitchen. Both pavilions have walls with glass doors that accentuate the dreamlike view that becomes most spectacular at sunset: greens, pinks, scarlet, purples and oranges, duplicated by their reflections in the infinity pool. During the day, the view is equally breathtaking, ever-changing as the sun's fiery chariot rolls across the heavenly dome, occasionally chased by clouds that change the colors of the rippling sea below. Behind the dining pavilion is the entertainment terrace. Stone steps lead from there to the lower level, where the spa and gorgeous gym are directly ahead, and a corridor leads to an entertainment room with a 65-inch TV. Further there are 3 bedrooms and a second staircase leading back to the pool level, at the end of the lower level is the second suite - the second bedroom. Most of the living space in the villa is almost outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors in the living room and dining room, as well as the master bedroom, slide fully open to expose the sea breeze. The living room has enough large orange sink sofas for everyone, and glasses and plates can be placed on random wood tables in a fancy shape reminiscent of champagne corks. One wall is completely lined with mosaics depicting an Asian woman against a backdrop of skyscrapers. This is just one of the many works of art in the Villa that surprise and delight when it is impossible to look away. There is a large bar nearby. To the right of the living room is the dining area under the same vaulted roof with a huge fan and a three-sided folding glass door. The comfortable table can accommodate 12 people. At the back is the guest kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, five-burner gas hob, skillet, electric oven and large refrigerator. The kitchen has a five-seat bar. Downstairs, the gym is equipped with all the necessary equipment, there is a punching bag and a billiard table. (A personal trainer or Muay Thai trainer can be booked for an additional fee - just ask the villa manager).
