During SUMMER SEASON there is a minimum rental term of 5 nights.

During HIGH SEASON I and HIGH SEASON II there is a minimum rental term of 4 nights.

The minimum rental rate during PEAK SEASON 350,000 Baht (equal to 14 nights stay).

The rates are valid for up to 10 people. Two extra beds can be provided at an additional cost. Crib is free of charge.

Cleaning during the stay can be arranged at cost price - the villa is rented as self-catering household.
