On the second level is the beautifully furnished master bedroom # 1 with a king size bed, flat screen TV, dressing room and bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. This suite has a private terrace with sea and jungle views.

This level also has a large living room with sofas, a dining table for 12 people, a large flat screen TV and doors opening onto a covered balcony with plenty of outdoor seating and full sea views. The modern European kitchen has a 7-seat island, oven, electric hob, American fridge-freezer and is fully equipped. There is also Thai cuisine which will be used by the villa staff to prepare Thai dishes.

Upon entering the villa (main floor), you have panoramic views of the large pool and the Andaman Sea. Large open plan living and dining area, kitchen and full width windows opening onto terraces with various outdoor seating areas - dining tables, sun loungers and parasols.

Two large bedroom suites are located on this level and feature king-size beds, flat-screen TVs, desks, wardrobes and private showers with outdoor showers. Exit from both bedrooms to the terrace to the pool.

Four more bedrooms are located below the floor.

The fourth bedroom has a double bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, wardrobes, bathroom and doors leading to a large balcony with a dining table for two and sun loungers. Bedroom 5 is identical but has twin beds. Both bedrooms offer sea and jungle views.

Bedrooms 6 and 7 are interconnected, making them ideal for families looking to stay together. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other has two single beds. The bedrooms share a common shower room, dressing room and a large terrace overlooking the sea and jungle.

Covered parking is designed for 2-3 cars.

The villa is air conditioned and has Wi-Fi.
