The loft apartment is situated in Soi Sai Yuan, Rawai area. Our loft style apartment features 10 ensuite bedrooms. 2 units with pool view. This 3 storeys building has been decorated in modern loft style. Shared kitchen and swimming pool are available on the 1st floor.

It’s fully equipped with kitchenware, kitchen appliance, stove top, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dining table, bar stool. Living area is also on the 1st floor. Parking space is suitable for around 4 cars and plenty space for motorcycle.

All bedrooms is fully furnished. It’s very spacious, fully equipped with air-conditioner, safety box, clothes rack, TV, internet, ensuite bathroom, toilet, shower, sink, refrigerator, bedsheet, towels and amenities.

There are 3 room types: 1 BDR Pool View, 1 BDR Deluxe and 2 BDR Loft apartment. 2 bedrooms apartment is on the top floor with connecting door. However it might be inconvenience for someone who has difficulty of climbing up the stairs.
