Luxury apartment in a the new Oceanstone building in BangTao beach is beautifully furnished and ideally located. A private infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine BangTao beach is just 800 meters away! This brand new 84 units accommodation is located next to Laguna and only 800 meters from Bangtao Beach. Well planned accommodation space and modern furnishing offer guests a comfortable stay for both short and long term stays. The fully air conditioned apartment on the 5th floor is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. Lounge area offers a smart TV with cable channels (which you don't need as there is an amazing view!) The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, hot plate, microwave and kettle. There is also a washing machine for your personal laundry. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, fitted wardrobe and safe. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and hairdryer as well as handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai. The second bedroom has a single bed. Both bedrooms have TV with cable channels. The sofa in the living room can sleep another person. Upstairs there is an infinity pool with an outdoor patio with furniture. Please note food is not allowed in the pool. Bottles and glasses are not allowed in the pool either. High-speed wifi is provided by the building, it's shared and password will be provided upon arrival. Please note that is not suitable for working online as it might not be reliable enough. This apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect the place and follow the building rules. Garbage must be taken to the garbage room by the elevators to avoid insects and bad odors. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you smoke in the terrace you must close the doors and keep your ashes and throw them in the garbage. Rental rate is from 70 000 to 250 000 baht per month, depending on season.
