Living Area Entering the villa, you are greeted into the spacious open plan kitchen, living, and dining area which overlooks the private infinity pool surrounded with landscaping that features an abundance of tropical plants and flowers. Fully furnished and boasting multiple indoor living areas, the villa offers plenty of space for a large family or group. With a traditional Thai style, the living areas include 2 large comfy sofas, a 42 flat-screen TV, and a dining table for up to 8 guests. Outside, there’s a dining table for six, perfect for a family game night, BBQ, or enjoying a delicious, home-cooked Thai dish prepared in the nearby kitchen. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay including a 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of cookware. In the kitchen, our complimentary welcome includes; water, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, dish soap, and sponge. Bedrooms The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, sofa, a large wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. From the master bedroom balcony, you’ll also have views of the private lake and the jungle-clad mountains beyond. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe and shares an en-suite bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom includes 2 single beds, a wardrobe, and a shared en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The 4th bedroom is situated on the ground floor and is furnished with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and has direct access to the swimming pool and garden. All 4 bedrooms have separate air-conditioning. Soap, shampoo, shower gel, and shower caps are also provided in each bathroom within our complimentary welcome pack. At the front of the house is where you’ll find the washing machine, which guests can use freely during your stay. Location Surin Springs is perfectly located to explore the local area and nearby beaches including Surin Beach which is within 750 meters, and Bangtao and Kamala Beaches, both within 3km’s. There are also many dining and shopping options within walking distance, including the Wagyu Steakhouse and many local Thai Restaurants.
